picsTrick: Include high-end graphics on a low-end budget

Treat:  Canva – Canva makes image creation really easy (especially for non-designers) with their premade templates, custom image sizes for every social media channel, drag-and-drop interface, cool fonts, and more. Check it out at https://www.canva.com/.

Treat: PicMonkey –  PicMonkey makes creative tools for photo editing and graphic design. Check it out at http://www.picmonkey.com/.

Treat: PowerPoint – This is one of the most under used design tools! Think of slides as images, and then consider how easy it is to edit slides in PowerPoint. You can set photos as slide backgrounds, add text and colors, and place icons and graphics. When you save the slide in PowerPoint, choose to save as an image, and you’ll be set.

Which social media platforms are best for your business?Trick: Post to Social Media at the most likely to be viewed

Treat: A few months ago we posed a Guide to the Best Times to Post on Social Media. If you’re posting to your social media sites only at your convenience, you could be missing out on connecting with your target audience. Not to mention all that time you spent crafting the update goes to waste if you’re not posting when most of your audience isn’t logged on.

boostTrick: Get more exposure with your Facebook audience

Treat: Boost your Facebook posts. Businesses are finding it more and more difficult to get their message heard. By the latest estimates, Facebook is showing only 6 percent of a business’ content to their fan base. So give your content a paid boost. If you have more than 100 likes on your page, a ‘boost’ button will appear at the bottom of each post… Use it!
