How to Optimize My Listing

First and foremost: create your GBP listing now if you haven’t already. Once you claim your listing, Google will send you a card in the mail and you’ll need to verify your listing using the information on that card. 

And don’t forget to ensure you only have one listing on GBP. If you have more, either delete the duplicate(s) or combine them into one.  

Be sure you fill out every data point you can so you get the maximum results from your listing. And don’t forget, your Google Business Profile listing is a living, breathing thing. You want to nurture it with updated info, images, and education on an ongoing basis. 

Also, as always, anywhere and everywhere on the web, you want to be sure to respond to your reviews. Say thank yous and sorrys and ensure you acknowledge your mistakes and fix them ASAP. People love to see this. 

If possible, add a short video or two to your listing. Your users want to see you, see how you work, what your clinic looks like, your services in action, all of it.
